Company At a Glance

PT CIME Global Teknologi is a general contractor, supplier and consultant in Engineering, Instrumentation and Electrical services. Topside control systems, including the recording of pressure, flow and temperature measurements at wellsite, opening / closing feed production and emergency shutdown are typical designs. In addition, the company provides downhole well completion expertise, introducing new technology ideas in Asia Pacific to enhance oil and gas production. Initially founded under the name of PT CIME International Services in 2001, the company modified its name to PT CIME Global Teknologi due to changes in shareholder structure in 2013.

PT CIME Global Teknologi is known for its trusted reputation in engineering design, local and international procurement, manufacture and assembly as well as site installation. The Company has earned the rating of a high risk service provider due to complexity of operations carried out on site regarding high pressure and temperature. We have professional Technicians, Fitters and Engineers who are updated with the latest technical training. We are committed to providing our employees with such training to enhance their knowledge and capabilities as we consider people our most valuable assets.

Our Team

Erna Sri Hariyanti

Director and Founder of PT CIME Global Teknologi
She has over 30 years of professional career within various industries, which sharpened her business skill and knowledge.

She holds Master degree in Business Administration, and degree in Law Faculty.

Speaks fluent Indonesian, English and French. Mrs Erna loves travelling and writing during her spare time.

Her motto is never stop learning because our people are our greatest resource, listen to their feedback and encourage their dream so that all can be successful

Don F Duttlinger PE

General Manager
Holds a degree in Electrical and Construction Management Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA with specialty in International Business from Louisiana State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer.

He has more than 35 years professional career in the global oil and gas industry.

His motto is: Employee safety and training advancement are the foundation of a strong organization.

Dwi Nuryanto

Project Manager
Holds a degree in Mining Engineering and specialized training in eletrical and instrumentation applications.
He's been with the company since established and has 18 years experience in oil & gas industry.
Involved in all projects, his strengths are in resource management, client communication and problem solving.

His motto is "to be able to achieve the goals require positive thinking and a strong leadership".

Yori Juniatry

HR & GA Manager
Holds a diploma degree from Secretarial and Managerial college, also specialized training in QHSE including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 as a certified Lead Auditor.

She has 22 years of working experience within Mining and Oil & Gas industries.
She has held managing positions in Marketing, QHSE and HR departments, enabling her to deal with people from multi levels.

Never too old to learn new ideas is her motto.

Dwi Setyasno

Site Manager
Has 18 years of professional working experience in the oil & gas industry.
As Site Manager, his strengths are in leadership, training, design and client relationships.

Knowledge sharing and employee development are his keys to success.

dr Valerie Duttlinger

Commissioner / Company's Doctor
Graduated from Tarumanagara University, dr Valerie is a generous and humble doctor. Currently she is a full time doctor for PT. CIME Global Teknologi. Provide insights and health care for the Employees and the Company.

She has done several doctor's duty, at Hospitals and Clinics. Books and musics are her interests.

Anik Lestari

Finance & Accounting
Holds a degree in Economic Management, has 18 years of experience working in Financial section. Her motto is: "through knowledge and discipline, financial peace is possible for everyone".

Dri Admoko

Senior Procurement
Has more than 20 years' experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation field, strengthen him in planning the procurement and inventory management. Praying for the best and prepare for the worst is his motto.

M. Ichsan Subqi

HSE Coordinator
Has 10 years working experience working as HSE in the Oil & Gas industry. Holds certification for HSE trainings. Graduate from Communication college in Jogjakarta, benefits him in performing his job. To him, good communication is the key to ensure that HSE well implemented.
