Project (PRJ) division manages various works, such as engineering, survey, projects, minor and major modifications and refurbishments of existing facilities in all COMPANY’s premises including but not limited to Senipah, Handil, Peciko, South Mahakam, SPU, CPU, NPU, Tambora, Bekapai, Badak Field and Sisi Nubi. While at the same time, PRJ division shall also manage the commissioning activities under various projects/works.
In supporting above works, we as the contractor shall provide such supervision services, project support, and/or various other technical assistance services and tools to perform the COMMISSIONING SERVICES related to client’s various projects/works.
Scope of Work :
- Mobilise commissioning Personnel / team as defined by contract, which will be supervised by Commissioning Site Leader, COMPANY Site Leader and/or COMPANY’s Site Leader Delegate.
- Prepare all tasks required to commission a project.
- Follow up construction activities performed by contractors under PRJ supervision in order to ascertain that the plant will be built as per drawings, specifications and procedures, and ensure a smooth hand over to Production Operation (PO).
- Safety execute all required testing activities as per COMPANY’s specifications.
- Report all perform activities and its result.
